Hyatt Regency Coolum Referral Rewards Weekend

"Terms & Conditions"

1. Entry into the Referral Rewards promotion deems acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. To be eligible for the Hyatt Referral Rewards Weekend, the referrer must fill in a Referral Form, stating the Buyers or Sellers details including address and contact details. If there are more than one Referrer for the same property, than the Referral Form received first by Hannah Schuhmann Brisbane Property Pty Ltd will be accepted.
3. The referred Seller must list with Hannah Schuhmann Brisbane Property an exclusive listing (only listed with Hannah Schuhmann Brisbane Property).
4. The Buyer or Seller must enter into a valid contract with HS Brisbane Property, with successful settlement of the property. The applicable commissions for the sale or purchase must be paid in full to HS Brisbane Property for the Referrer to receive the Referral Reward Weekend. The Reward is payable four (4) weeks after the commission payment is received, subject to availability with the Hyatt Regency Coolum.
5. The Hyatt Regency Coolum Weekend package is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.
6. The referrer, who receives the Hyatt Weekend package, releases the Promoter, HS Brisbane Property Pty Ltd from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense, legal costs, costs or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the referrer, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to or in any connection with HS Brisbane Property Pty Ltd or the Referral Rewards - Hyatt Regency Coolum Weekend.
7. The total value of the Referral Reward Weekend is approximately $720.
